Calling adult hockey players! If you want to improve your skating skills and your overall fitness level, this is the program for you. Our instructors will help you Improve your striding, edges, speed and overall skating skills while getting a workout on the ice. You will also learn how to apply these skills in various hockey situations such as pivoting, stopping, turning, and crossovers. Players will get time with and without the puck. The ice time for this program is 1-hour long.
